The location was favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Place des Arts. There were central heating, multi-channel television and a seating area in the room, truly enjoyed that. I stayed 2 nights and will be returning here soon when visiting Canada.

The air conditioning did not cool effectively, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. There was a peculiar smell in the room that lingered throughout our stay. We also encountered issues with daily housekeeping as the bedding was not changed, only the towels were swapped out, unacceptable.

Super comfy place!

We stayed for 4 nights in a king suite and loved it! The room was really clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff were all really nice. The location was great, just a quick walk to the subway. Only thing I noticed was the street had a rundown place next door, a little sketchy at night.

Couple seeking relaxation

Beautiful foyer and we got checked in by a very pleasant girl at the reception. The washroom is very nice as well and honestly, that was a highlight amidst everything else.

It wasn't exactly financial friendly, but you know, it was tolerable.
